ARIA Virtual (“we”) makes a personal operating assistant. This policy covers ariavirtual.com and the ARIA box you use. Contact info@ariavirtual.com.

This website

ariavirtual.com is a coming-soon page. If you type an email into “Notify me,” that address stays in your browser. We do not receive it on a server. The page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. We do not sell information collected on this site.

Your box

Each client has their own box. The person who sets it up chooses the connections. What you put on that box stays on that box. That includes:

• Jobs, skills, and the instructions you import
• Chat, files you attach, tasks, and calendar events
• The keys you save so ARIA can call a service you chose, such as an AI provider, WhatsApp, or a calendar

We use that information to run the assistant on your job and to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to other people.

WhatsApp

If you connect WhatsApp through Meta, ARIA receives the messages and files you send to your business number, and the phone number they come from. ARIA uses them to do the task you asked for and to answer on WhatsApp. Message content is not sold and is not used to build ads.

Services that process data for you

Your box runs on Cloudflare. Meta handles WhatsApp delivery when that connection is on. An AI provider, such as Anthropic, sees a prompt only when you have saved that provider’s key. Google sees Drive or Calendar data only if you connect those. Any other service is reached only with a key you saved.

How long it stays

Information remains on your box until you delete the job, the skill, the key, or the message, or until you ask us to delete the box. Email info@ariavirtual.com and we will delete the box we host for you.

Children

ARIA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
